A Time to Celebrate
For pet owners and those who simply love animals, it seems as though every day provides a reason to celebrate. And because every day we should remember our obligations as pet protectors, we've included national pet-related events, as well as special celebrations taking place at South Willow Animal Hospital, in our calendar.
July is coming and with it the fourth, and the days before and after. Please remember your family member especially your dog may not appreciate the fireworks the way you will. It is safest for dogs to be left at home, we get phone calls of dogs who ran off from the loud noises every year. Even the smaller home fireworks can set off fears. If you know your animal fears loud noises please call and talk to us. There are medications that can help you pets through this time and a calm dog is a happy dog.
